We recently had some water damage in our basement so we called Springfield Restoration & Remodeling. I know Jeremy, the owner of the company, and he is a friend of mine. But, I have never had the need to use his company until now. The first thing I noticed about the company is how well-organized they were. Everybody in the crew had a job to do and they knew how to do that work as a team. They have a great system going, and they even had a portal available so that we could see what was going on. And, everybody we engaged with was very warm, friendly and helpful. They answered every question I had no matter how dumb the question. They did a great job for us and I will definitely use Springfield Restoration & Remodeling should the need arise. Overall, it was a really good experience and we would highly recommend the company to everyone!
