Springfield Restoration & Remodeling worked replacing the siding and the shingles on my house. The first crew they sent out was really something else. They were throwing construction materials all over the place, and they even managed to break my front window. They dropped stuff, and put dents in some of the siding. Frankly, I have never seen anything like them. I called the manager, and she sent out a second crew to clean up the mess and redo a lot of the work. They did a pretty good job, even though they had to remove most of the shingles and start over. But, they stood behind their work even though it cost them quite a bit out of pocket.
