Springfield provided excellent service when I needed carpet restoration. Kim promptly scheduled an assessment, the restoration team came immediately to determine the damage, determine a plan of action, and set up the equipment necessary for drying the carpet and underlying padding. The team came back each day to check progress and remove equipment when the mission had been accomplished.

All personnel were very friendly, reliable, and competent. The cost to repair the damage was also very reasonable.
