Springfield Restoration & Remodeling has always done a really good job for us! This was not our first time using them. They came out most recently to do some roof and siding repairs for us. We feel comfortable enough with them that we do not have to be home when they come to do the work. When they have come in the past their technicians have always arrived on time and they have always been respectful of our home. In fact, this time when they arrived they called to notify me that a piece of siding on the back of the house had blown off prior to the start of them working. They called to let me know of their finding. They have always been good about doing their assessment and advising us of anything they find as well as answering any questions we have. They also always do a walk over the roofing to check for any loose shingles without us asking which is a nice touch and really appreciated.
