Springfield Restoration & Remodeling did a good job for me and I was satisfied. They did what they were called to do; what more could I ask for. The technician had to first come out and locate the problem. Then he had to find the right parts before he could come back and fix it. Their pricing was a little high but it generally is high in this field. The technician was communicative and polite. Their customer service was quite good.
