I have had multiple repairs done to my roof and chimney area, but none of them worked. Previous contractors kept trying to slap caulk on the chimney flashing and calling it, "fixed." However, the water kept coming into our house, causing all kinds of damage to the 2nd floor ceiling and exterior wall. Springfield found the real problems and fixed them with real repairs instead of bandaids. The customer service team, appraiser, and repairman were all friendly and professional. I will be contacting Springfield Restoration when it is time to replace the entire roof.
