Disappointing. They misdiagnosed the source of a leak in our forced-water system.
We have a gas-powered forced water system that circulates hot water for heat, and also sends water to a hot water tank. We had a problem with the system, so we called Paul Revere Revolutionary Service. We went through all kinds of iterations trying to find out what was causing the leak. We spent a bunch of time and money, and come to find out, the leak was in the hot water tank. They replaced that for me. But the misdiagnosis caused the price to go up. The young service techs meant well, and it all ended well because we got a new hot water tank.
