I hired Paul Revere Revolutionary Service to install a whole house water filter back in December. Due to no fault of Paul Revere, there was a four-week delay on some parts from the manufacturer. The manufacturer claimed to have sent the descaler, but it didn't come with the system. Paul Revere was very responsive and followed up with them. They ultimately had to pay out-of-pocket for a discounted replacement, but once it arrived, they got everything working. Paul Revere had to come out multiple times to fine-tune the unit. It's a very good piece of equipment that is supposed to flush the whole house once each week. At the beginning, it was flushing every day or every other day. Paul Revere persevered and got it straightened out. They were definitely very responsive, and I absolutely recommend Paul Revere Revolutionary Service. Considering all the wrinkles along the way, I had a very positive experience with Paul Revere.
