I have been using Paul Revere Revolutionary Service for over 10 years and I have been very happy with them! I like all the people there. Kathy, who answers the phones and runs the office, is wonderful! She takes the time to listen to my problem and work out a schedule. If it is an emergency, she makes sure to move me to the top of the list. Their service techs take excellent care of my heating and air systems. They show up on time, or early, and they let me know when they are on their way out. They are all clean, friendly and professional people and they keep me in the loop about what is going on.
