They are a really great bunch of people over at Paul Revere Revolutionary Service! Our favorite service tech was named Joe, and he worked on our stuff for years and years. He was the best. Then, he retired. Luckily, our new service tech is equally good! He is very nice and very professional. We were having some problems with our furnace. It is one of those two-stage types and it was stuck on the first stage, so the house would not warm up. I asked the tech to get it "stuck" on the second stage so that when it came on, there would be heat. We were having quite a cold spell about then. He did that for us to get us through until a replacement part came in. We really appreciated that! We highly recommend Paul Revere Revolutionary Service to everyone. They are very professional, and always on time. As a matter of fact, you can set your watch by them! They are a really great company and they have never let us down!
