Our failed during the night. When I called in the morning I was told the earliest they could get to our home was between 2;00 and 4:00 pm. I explained my wif had a 1:00PM doctors appointment in Plymouth that she had to keep. I was asked for my cell phone number so the repairman could phone me when he was ready to come. We got home a few minutes after 2:00PM. I immediately phoned to say we were home. She said I tell him now as I told him not to try to contact you until 2:30 at the earliest to insure we got the furnace repaired that day. He came and got the furnace running in short order.
