The two young men who did the installation were extremely competent technically. They also made sure that I was satisfied with all of their decisions and work. They were very polite, respectful, and patient. Kathy, the office manager, is wonderful and made me feel very confident that the job would be done well and on time. They all should get a bonus. I am also very satisfied with the product.
