I've used Paul Revere Revolutionary Service several times in the past with some mixed results, but this time was straightforward. I found a leak Tuesday night in a pipe leading to a radiator. Since it was part of the heating system, I shut down the furnace and called Paul Revere rather than a regular plumber. They sent someone within a couple of hours. I showed them the leak, the technician went out to get the part, he came back and took care of it. The only thing my wife was concerned about was that he didn't bleed the radiator after the repair. We had problems in the past with workers needing to return to bleed the radiators. But it turned out to be a self-bleeding system, so it all worked out. We're happy about that. We're mostly happy that the repair was done in one visit and on the same day. I caught the leak early enough so there's not too much damage. All in all, a good experience with Paul Revere Revolutionary Service.
