Although not an ideal interim solution, the heat pump was able to be adjusted to operate which kept my home warm enough so pipes wouldn't freeze until the necessary furnace part delivered several days later. Two PRRS technicians were faced with the challenge of disconnecting and removing the heating system from a crawl space, replacing the heat exchanger on the front lawn and returning it to the crawl space and reconnecting all the ductwork. I can't say enough about these young men! 10 years ago I worked with Skip (PRRS owner) to replace my home's heating system with a more efficient heating and cooling system. They have serviced said system since and has been running beautifully...until last December. There is a lot to be said for working with the company who installs and services the products they recommend. They are great to work with and Kathy is the office is a delight!
