Skip with Paul Revere Revolutionary Service was very responsive from my first contact as was the office staff. I had been recommended by a neighbor. They installed a new Mitsubishi HVAC unit for me. The service was good and the installation was excellent. The unit works very well. I am very pleased with this installation and I thought they did an excellent job all the way around.

My only complaint is the price of the service call was on the high side. They just came out to check the unit and did not add freon and it was quite a bit for them to do that. I know that they need to have those calls as part of their business but it is high to the point that I don't think that I will use them for the service calls. They were good guys and I appreciate their professionalism and knowledge but the price for service was in my opinion very high.

I would recommend them for the purchase and installation of a new unit because I felt that they were great with that and really did a super job.
