Paul Revere Revolutionary Service did a good job for us. This was not our first time using their services. We have used them for a number of years now. We had them come out before the holiday to repair our furnace. The technician arrived on time, however, it took him several hours to figure out what the problem was. By the time he figured out what part they needed the place where they would get the part from had closed since it was a holiday weekend. This meant they would not be able to get the part until Tuesday morning. So we were without hot water Friday through Tuesday morning. It was very inconvenient to have to go find somewhere else to shower to get hot water. The technician who came on Tuesday was able to put the part in and get everything fixed quickly and efficiently. Both techs did arrive on time, they were professional and respectful of our home. They were cordial and friendly. I just wish the first one had been able to do his assessment quicker so that we would have had hot water over the holiday weekend. That being said, I will most likely use Paul Revere Revolutionary Service again.
