Paul Revere Revolutionary Service is very responsive to calls. They have always been very efficient and cordial each and every time that we have used them.

Our thermostat when out at about 8:00 p.m. at night and there was a heatwave forecasted for the next day! I called Paul Revere Revolutionary Service and reached a recorded line that told me to leave a message but at the end of it, it said that if it was an emergency to push a different number which I did. Jake responded back to me in short order! I explained to him that we have a person that suffers from an illness and we absolutely couldn't wait for the air conditioner to be fixed.

Jake arrived at 9:00 p.m.! He was wonderful! Very efficient, and cordial and he took care of the problem quickly. I have had no issues at all since this repair!
