Inconsiderate about your time

Showed up hours late. So late that the technician didn’t have time to finish the AC maintenance that day. I took the afternoon off to do this and it was a waste of time. They don’t care about you or your time.

We do care but scheduling is not an exact science by any means. Each job to which a tech is sent takes an unknown amount of time. We can't stop work on a prior call to make an appointment time downstream. We're sorry for the delay. More technicians would help but around here everyone goes to college, not trade schools. Shortage of personnel.
