I've been a customer of Paul Revere Revolutionary Service for twenty years. This most recent visit was because of the banging pipes, which they've been out here every year for, and they are still banging. They don't seem to be able to solve that issue. They come out right away if I have a problem, and they try to find the problem and most of the time they do, but this is a continual problem. Paul Revere technicians are always respectful and nice. I like the people who come out. That's also good. I gave three stars for the willingness to recommend because I recommended them to a friend and then that service didn't go well.
