I hired Paul Revere Revolutionary Service because the dripline from the furnace was freezing. They installed a pump that was supposed to eject the water out through a hose, but the job was not done right. The service technician with Paul Revere Revolutionary Service arrived promptly and was helpful, but they just didn't do it right. I think the service technician might actually have forgotten to finish the job. He left it worse than before he got here. I had to hire somebody else to fix it. When I hired someone else, that technician found the hose was hanging under the house in a loop, and the hose was higher than the exit hole on the pump, so it was actually working in reverse and the hose was full of water and totally frozen. It would never have worked properly with what the service technician with Paul Revere Revolutionary Service had done.
