Unfortunately, my hot water heat died the Thursday before a long holiday weekend. I couldn't get other plumbers to even return my phone call. When I called Revere, an actual human being rather than an answering service answered the phone, understood my emergency, and Revere came out that afternoon and not only replaced my hot water heat heater, but redid my dryer vent which was also broken.
