Service Tech went right to work and checked and cleaned all aspects of our heat pump. He quietly worked and when he came in to the thermostat, he had protection socks on his shoes, so as to keep dirt off of our floors. Nice touch.

Also, the phone rep, for Fuller, was friendly, had good professional skills in handling a new customer and this added to our pleasant experience.
