First, the estimate was extremely low. They did not include the charge for stairs, wrapping my furniture and the cost of gas. That was all extra when the movers showed up. I was told 3-5 days as an estimate for my move and it has been 10 days and when I called I was told it would probably be another 3 days. The best the person could say is I'm sorry your sales representative lied to you. It usually takes 2-3 weeks. I was moving 7 hours away. If this was disclosed up front I would have gone with another company. I would not use this company.
