I reached out to Joseph Giannone Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling to have some preventive maintenance done on my system. The tech that came out to service my air conditioning unit was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of the questions I had, and he was very pleasant. This was my first time using their services, and I thought they did a very good job. I will certainly use them again in the future.
