Prompt and Responsive

I have been using the services of Joseph Giannone Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling for many, many years. It's been a mixed-bag experience with them but, in general, I like them and will continue to use them. I've had some problems with them sometimes. But they have usually been finally resolved in a satisfactory manner. One thing that surprised me last year was when I had a new heater put in. Their technicians worked very hard and I was very appreciative of that. It was an all day job and they worked from 7 am to 10pm. I wasn't feeling well that day. The next day all the pipes were leaking. So I called them and they sent over another set of plumbers. They were supposed to lay down protestive cloths while they fixed the pipes. However, they took out part of a ceiling and fixed another pipe. They didn't tell me that they were going to do that. So when they leave, it's all there for me to clean up. Then I find out that the issue still wasn't resolved. I smelled gas. They sent another guy over. This time they moved my washer to fix the issue. There was water on the floor again. Then another guy came and had to replace a part. Of course, I'm charged for all that. Then a supervisor came over and checked out the situation. They have to do what they have to do to fix a problem but I would have liked to be informed first. My ceiling is still open. Right now everything is working well and I'm hoping it'll continue that way. I do appreciate how responsive they are though. The come as soon as I call. A few months ago the toilet leaked into the kitchen and they came right away. The guy came and fixed it but after he left, the same problem showed up again. They fixed it finally, but I was charged for two visits. But when I called them and said I didn't think that was right because it wasn't fixed the first time, they did refund me for the second time. So they are responsive and do try to take care of the customer. I still have a contract with them. They are very prompt and responsive and I'm very appreciative of that.
