I called for emergency service on a very cold, nasty, snowy day. My heater stopped working overnight. The woman who answered the phone and made my appointment was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to get the heater serviced the same afternoon, on a day when most of Philadelphia was closed because of weather. The service man was friendly, a good listener, knowledgeable, made two suggestions to repair the heater then completed the needed service within an hour.
