I posted a review of the regular service of our Jennco generator, which was very satisfactory; however, I was surprised to be charged over $300 for this service for a 1-year-old item. When this review was noticed by Mountain Home, they contacted me, reminded me that my purchase had included 2 years of service in the contract, and very quickly refunded my service fee. Excellent service and ethics!
