Malcolm Plumbing & Mechanical have done a number of jobs for me and I have been using them for a number of years. For this service call, I was having a drainage issue. The technician found the issue quickly, which was a back up in the pipe from the dishwasher, and also the garbage disposal was broken. My son ended up replacing the garbage disposal for me and the plumber cleared the drainage issue. I have always trusted Malcolm Plumbing & Mechanical, their servicemen are very good at what they do. They communicate with me and let me decide what repairs I would like. I have recommended them to others, and I will continue to do so.
