Malcolm Plumbing & Mechanical is a phenomenal company, simply the best of the best! I have been using them for a few years now and I won't go anywhere else! They first came to help me (well, to rescue me) Memorial weekend 2016. We had a catastrophic flooding situation in one of the apartments and they were the only company willing to come out on a holiday weekend. They worked tirelessly for hours until the problem was resolved. I have been using them ever since! The apartment building is vintage, over 100 years old. Whenever there is a problem it can become complicated because of the age of the building but they always work diligently to find what the issue is and the best resolutions to fix it. In the meantime, they explain the scope of the problem and the possible solutions as well as taking time to answer any questions I may have. Most recently they came out to replace a faucet in a bathroom. As with these older homes, it turned into another larger project. While replacing the faucet they discovered another issue that needed to be addressed and they were able to snake a line from the bathroom to the kitchen. They are very innovative and resourceful. Most other companies I used in the past just want to get in and out without going that extra mile like Malcolm's team does. Matt and Keven are both very pleasant to work with. They take the time to assess the situations very well to come up with the best possible recommendations to fix them. They have helped me with a plethora of issues and have always found solutions for me. The pricing is a little bit high but when I look at the larger scope of these projects, the time they put into them and the fact that they always find solutions for me and give me options to fix the problems it is money well spent. I want people to know if you need a company that is trustworthy, reliable, a company you can count on even in an emergency or on a holiday then look no further.
