I am a repeat customer of Malcolm Plumbing & Mechanical, and I have been using them for years and years. I used them before they were bought out by the new company, and since they were bought out. They have always done a super professional job for me. The people they send out are always clean, polite, and very courteous. They certainly know what they are doing and I have never experienced any problems. One thing that sticks out in my mind that shows how they just go above and beyond is, one day when they were out performing the routine service on the unit, I tripped and fell. I was carrying some laundry up the stairs, and I just stumbled or something. Anyway, one of their workers, the young man who usually comes out, helped me get back on my feet and made sure that I was okay before he left. That was so very nice of him, and I really appreciated that! So yes, I highly recommend Malcolm Plumbing & Mechanical to everybody!
