Our only suggestion is that you allow customers to buy your service warranty plan and they can get the twice a year service whenever they want and not the month you sign up and six months later. It is hard to remember to sign up a certain month every year. Your twice a year servicing should be when the customer wants it and not based on the month they pay for the service contact. Please consider this.
