Chris was the service person. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions and concerns. Reason for the 3-stars given for "Will Recommend" is that I very seldom recommend anything.
Especially when being somewhat a new customer and having not shopping around much as to price comparisons, work satisfactions and such. No meaning whatsoever regarding Chris or the Service Contract I purchased. So far I'm completely satisfied.
