The A/C wasn't cooling as of late Fri.. I called the office, they said a service rep. could be out sometime Sat. Chris came out early Sat. afternoon, went through the system, determined the problems, and repaired them which involved climbing into the the attic which had to be 120 plus degrees. He corrected the problem, cleaned the compressor, topped off the Freon and took time to patiently explain what the problems were (to me) a person who doesn't have any idea how the thing works. It work took about 4 hour. It hadn't been serviced since it was installed 10 years before. The unit was manufactured by Lennox and installed by ErnstHeating and Cooling of Hamel, Il. Chris is a Great Repairman, very thorough and knowledgeable. Many thanks to all at the company for the timely repair!
