My experience with Ernst heating and cooling has continued to impress me and my wife. The service has been exceptional on all phases,from customer service to the service techs. Recently having issues with our cooling we spoke with Mary,she informed us the problem would be addressed in a timely manner, and sure enough the service tech (Seth) called us at 4:45pm and inquired about our problem. Upon arrival Seth accessed the problem and reviewed it with my wife and me. His demeanor was polite and courteous. We would like to say,"Thank You", to Mary and Seth.
