I had an annual check-up on my furnace yesterday. The Ernst technician came out promptly on time for the service appointment, completed his checkup, and then explained to me what he had done. He also wanted to know if I had any questions about the equipment he had worked on. All in all, the service appointment with Ernst is what heating and a/c service is all about.
