I would give this a negative review.
I purchased my unit from Ernst in 2013. The warranty as explained was 5 years on labor and 10 years on parts. I recently called due to a bad thermostat. This was covered by warranty. However, I was charged for having someone sent out along with a deductible for the thermostat. Deductibles and charges for sending someone out on a warranty call was not explained at time of purchase. I have called Ernst before for warranty work and incurred charges due to it being a holiday. In my opinion there should be no charge if the warranty is involved. As far as the work itself is concerned the thermostat was not registered and I had to perform this task myself. The rest of the work was fine. I'm not sure I would recommend Ernst at this point. The work is fine but I am very disappointed in the way the warranty has been handled.
