When we built our house 11 years ago, we received excellent advice and then installation of a ground loop heat pump, with in-floor radiant heating and air conditioning delivered by conventional ducts. Ernst worked closely with our building contractor, even temporarily installing a small furnace to keep the house above freezing so construction could continue in the winter. Ernst also provided the reflective foil to go in the ceiling that energy experts were recommending to reduce heat accumulation in the summer, but few builders knew about. Since then, we have been completely satisfied with Ernst's maintenance service. It's been a pleasure to work with them, from initial installation through 11 years of excellent service.
