We are extremely pleased with the Service received, even after hours. Our Technician was courteous and prompt. He was also extremely skilled in that he prepared a solution to our problem by assembling a replacement part for the furnace in combining part of the older unit with a new piece and fitted a custom bracket to hold us over until a new part became available. We would have been without our furnace over the deep freeze of the New Year's weekend without his ingenuity.
