This is the first time that service was not up to the highest standards. Drain tube was left unconnected and unit was not cleaned out. All service techs in the past have used a hose and cleaned out the unit. I still have leaves in the bottom of the unit.

I apologize about this and thank you for taking the time to let us know about it. I am going to make sure we review how we go about doing our tune-ups with our techs.
