You could not ask for someone more professional and personal. Mark at Ernst Heating and Cooling could not have done better. He broke things down for me to my level so I completely understood everything. He also did not try to sell me high end parts that I didn't need. He did inform me of what issues could possibly happen at any time due to the age of my system. Could not ask for better.
