Randy arrived a few minutes before scheduled time. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. He gave suggestions regarding how to get better results when dealing with old carpet. He took considerable time and effort to remove stains from my very dirty roomsized rug.I believe this was my 3rd time using A-1. I keep an old Penny Saver around so I can make sure that I am getting the same company.
