I don't know what happened...

Normally my experiences with A1 Carpet Care have been really good and I would recommend them to others. But I don't know what happened this most recent time, but my white carpet has turned yellow. I am not happy, and I haven't had a chance to call them about it yet. If they want, they can come look at it and try to fix it.
