It was okay

The cleaner from A1 Carpet Care was a very nice person and did a good job. I just wish he had double-cleaned. If he did it over again that would be fine, because my son and daughter were not pleased with the job. They said there were spots still on the carpet.

Dear Joyce we are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with the results. Sometimes it can take 2 cleanings to get a carpet cleaned depending on how old the carpet is and the last time it was cleaned. Please call the office an we will set up a rework to see if we can improve on the appearance of the cleaning. Thank you
