I use A1 Carpet Care about twice a year. I request the same guy every time. He is very professional, and he comes in and does a great job. He is always on time, friendly, and respectful. He does spot cleaning, and is willing to go the extra mile to try and get the carpets as clean as possible, and I appreciate that. I like the products that they use, the carpets always smell good afterwards. The prices are great.
