I am thoroughly satisfied with the job they did on my carpet. David was highly professional and a credit to his organization. He even came back on his day off to go back over a stubborn spot that didn't come completely out the first time and nailed it the second time. Did I mention it was his day off?! This is a company I would not hesitate to call again or to recommend to anybody.
