I used A1 Carpet Care for my four bedrooms with carpet. The guy came on time, was very professional, and explained the services to me to give me some options. He explained Scotch-Brite thoroughly, too, and I went with that. I've had some really bad people, but he was a very nice gentleman. He was efficient and in-and-out.
