We arrived to our RV park and discovered we had a serious DEF check engine error code. I called Mainline first thing in the morning and Mike answered and said he could squeeze us in if we could get our 45’ RV to the shop. We arrived at noon and Mike greeted us, and made us feel very welcomed. He even volunteered to let us spend the night in our RV in their lot if parts were needed!

Nick was our technician. He is amazing! Easily one of the most knowledgeable service techs I have ever met! With 2 hours he was able to diagnose our issue (ended up being out of date ECM software) and even fixed a small leak in our rear tag axel.

I can’t say enough good things about Mainline. You just don’t see this level of service in the industry anymore. I 1,000% recommend Mainline.
