Mainline is most competent place I have ever experienced for servicing my 1993 Airstream Legacy motorhome.
It started the minute I made contact with them. First of all they have an RV expert, Nick Goldney who is the Lead Technician. I knew it was going to be a good experience when I talked to Nick and scheduled an appointment. He really knows what he is doing and he writes the service order. So, I was dealing with the person who did the work and writes the order. My experience could not have been better. I showed up a few days before the appointment and the entire company greeted me with open arms. They accommodated me rather than the other way around. Nick spent time with me discussing what I needed and suggested solutions. It feels like I am driving a new motorhome.
I would drive many miles out of my way to come back to Mainline if I need repairs in the future. What a great customer oriented organization!
