I have been using the company for many years through by-annual inspections. The inspections are very thorough and professional.
I am shown what is operating correctly, and on some occasions, provided an in depth description (and actual pictures) on what is not operating correctly.
They then provide a cost (with options) on what I can do. I say "can" because they do not pressure to fix anything. They just provide the information. And I then make a decision.
And last, if something becomes inoperative, I call and they are here withing that day. Yes, it can be a Sunday as well.
