I am a repeat customer of Integrity Comfort Solutions and they have done a lot of good work for me throughout the years and I have had a lot of confidence in the company. Most recently though my confidence has been getting a little lower, they came to exchange the compressor and coil on my unit which went great but they told me the quality assurance guy would come to check it out and give me the warranty for everything. It has been more than a month and they still haven't shown up, we have something scheduled for tomorrow so hopefully, they show up. Also, I have been faithful in buying the annual service and paying the fee but I still haven't received any proof of purchase or anything so I don't know when it expires! Overall they have great technicians and I will still continue to use them but they need to be less relaxed about paperwork and inspections.
